The pinnacle of evolution??

Sitting in a chair and staring at a computer screen for 9 hours a day isn't natural, is it? It's come to be normal, but natural? Is this what we've evolved to do? Srsly?

I was just thinking "maybe I need the paleo diet of jobs", but what would that be? Hunting? Gathering? Mashing together berries with a stick while roasting a wooly mammoth over a bonfire? Would I have to wear a loincloth? How does my shoe collection fit into all this?
